Hugh Williams

Hugh Williams is the co-founder of Kwill Merchant Advisors , a DBE investment advisory enterprise which sits at the intersection of committed capital, real estate and management consulting. Additionally, Hugh is the Director of Strategic Relationships and Entrepreneurship at Sterling Bay, leading Sterling Bay’s Bay investment in, and partnership with, local minority- and women-owned businesses that work with Chicago’s commercial real estate industry. Together with Sterling Bay leadership, Hugh allocates firm resources – including capital, mentorship opportunities and professional relationships – to Chicago-based entrepreneurs, empowering them to develop a significant presence in their field. Hugh has led Industrial teams in managing transactions across North America for clients including: Tricor Pacific, BFG Supply Company, ITW, Dow Chemical, and PON North America. A former Big 10 Conference football player, Hugh received his master’s degree from Northwestern University.
Rodney Stallworth
Rodney Stallworth is a Housing and Urban Department (HUD) National Fellow and Port Authority of NY&NJ Fellow. He has extensive finance and real estate experience in both private and non-profit sectors, notably with the World Trade Center Redevelopment project.
Currently, Rodney is a Senior Finance Manager at Macro, A Savills Company, where he brings over 15 years of experience managing financial systems and processes. Acting with transparency and integrity above all, Rodney is adept in strategically leading organizations in prioritizing short and long-term goals, uncovering hidden risks, and responsibly budgeting for growth and ever-changing capital strategies. He is an expert at designing processes and financial models that complement his detailed analytical reporting and has extensive experience leading software implementation and technology integrations that have added tremendous value to multiple organizations.
As a Principal, Rodney directs the firm’s execution of projects from concept to closing. He is involved in every level of deal execution including pre-development, construction financing, construction management and conversion.
Rodney Stallworth has earned three Master’s degrees including an MBA in Real Estate Development, MPA in Community & Economic Development, and Non-Profit Management from American University and the University of Alabama, respectively.
Matt Fanoe

Matt Fanoe has been a thought leader and change agent in corporate real estate throughout his career. As Vice-President of Real Estate for Coca-Cola Refreshments (CCR), Matt was responsible for managing over 600 properties covering 50 million square feet of office and industrial space. While at CCR, Matt was responsible for optimizing a diverse real estate portfolio, including the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of offices, distribution centers and manufacturing plants. Matt also led the CCR real estate transition team through one of the largest integrations in corporate history. As former Chairman of the Board of CoreNet Global, Matt was known for his effective leadership style, and through strategic restructuring created a stable financial model that is still in place. He was one of the first three inductees into CoreNet Global Distinguished Leaders Circle, which honors those who have added significant value to the corporate real estate profession. Throughout his career, Matt has been a champion of DE&I, strategizing with senior management on procurement spending goals. Matt holds a BA in Economics from UCLA and a Master’s in Business Administration in Marketing/Finance from UC Berkeley.
Lizbeth Herrera
Client Services Coordinator Role & Responsibility
Lizbeth serves as a experienced and resourceful client services coordinator to oversee the day-to-day relations with our clients. She is responsible for collecting information on how to best serve clients. She reports directly to senior management and works closely with different role players, including teams within the organization, vendors, and customers.
- Provide assistance to clients in person, on email, or telephonically.
- Schedule meetings or telephone conferences between clients and management.
- Book meeting rooms or venues.
- Coordinate the production of client-facing marketing materials.
- Compile and maintain records on client accounts.
- Screen feedback and requests form clients and liaise with relevant departments within the organization to provide solutions.
- Escalate complaints to relevant departments.
- Liaise with in-house teams to adjust service offerings and assess related costs.
- Build and maintain close relationships with clients.
Lizbeth holds a bachelor’s degree in Humanities from Florida State University.

Mr. Gardner is a 25+ year real estate industry veteran who began his real estate career at the Trammell Crow Company and later joined Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. prior to co-founding OMS Strategic Advisors, LLC. Mr. Gardner specializes in tenant representation, consulting, and corporate services and has serves a wide range of local, regional, and national customers. Mr. Gardner is a Board member of the Texas A&M Mays School of Business, The Salesmanship Club of Dallas Momentous Institute, St. Mark’s School, and has served on the boards of the Cushman & Wakefield National Diversity Council, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
